Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to everything you type, say, upload or ask a character to do on [SITE NAME]. Characters are AI-generated fictional adults, but the rules below apply regardless of the fiction.

1. Absolutely prohibited

Breaking any of these leads to immediate, permanent account closure without refund, and where required we report to law enforcement and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

• Minors and minor-like content. Any sexual or romantic content involving anyone under 18, real or fictional; roleplay in which a character is, is described as, or acts as a child or teenager; "age-play", school-age scenarios, or requests to make a character look, sound or behave like a minor. Characters are always adults and will refuse.
• Real people. Uploading, describing or requesting the likeness, face, voice or identity of a real, identifiable person, including celebrities, public figures, ex-partners, acquaintances or yourself, to create sexual content; impersonating a real person; creating "deepfakes".
• Non-consent. Content depicting or promoting rape, sexual assault, coercion, incapacitation, sex trafficking or exploitation.
• Illegal acts. Incest, bestiality, necrophilia, and any content illegal under US federal law or the law where you are.
• Extreme harm. Content promoting serious violence, terrorism, self-harm or suicide.

2. Also not allowed

• Using the Service if you are under 18, or letting a minor use your account or device to access it.
• Harassing, threatening or doxxing anyone, or sharing other people's personal information.
• Uploading content you do not have rights to, or that infringes copyright or trademarks.
• Recording, capturing, streaming, redistributing or selling calls, characters or any content from the Service.
• Using stolen payment cards, other people's accounts, or abusing refunds and chargebacks.
• Attempting to bypass safety filters, age gates, rate limits or billing ("jailbreaking"), probing or attacking our systems, scraping, or using bots or automation.
• Using the Service for any commercial purpose, advertising or spam.

3. How we enforce

We use automated filters and AI model safety settings, and we may review reported conversations and uploads to enforce this policy. We may refuse a message, end a call, remove content, suspend or close accounts, and keep records needed for legal reporting. If you think we acted in error, email [SUPPORT EMAIL] with "Appeal" in the subject; a person will review it within [APPEAL RESPONSE TIME, e.g. 7 days].

4. Reporting

Report a violation, suspected minor, or content that shows a real person without consent to [ABUSE EMAIL]. See Contact & Complaints. We review reports within [COMPLAINT RESPONSE TIME, e.g. 7 business days], and act on illegal content immediately.
